Family law
Supporting you through family proceedings with the discretion and care they require.
Our approach
The Family Code, the Moudawana, governs marriage, its dissolution and its effects on children and assets. These proceedings involve lasting decisions, often taken at a difficult time for those concerned.
We act with the discretion these matters demand, favouring negotiated solutions where possible and providing a firm defence where they are not. Our constant priority remains protecting the children's interests.

Frequently asked questions
Which divorce procedure should I choose?
The Family Code provides several routes, whose conditions, duration and effects differ significantly. We review your situation, in particular whether there are children and how your assets are held, before advising you.
How is maintenance determined?
It takes into account the paying parent's resources and the child's needs, assessed on the basis of the documents provided. The quality of the supporting file is decisive, both to obtain a fair amount and to have it reviewed later.
Can a foreign judgment be enforced in Morocco?
It must go through an exequatur procedure to take effect. We check the applicable conditions and handle the procedure before the competent court.
